Jacques Trivier and Guy Van Laer founded Alligna Expo Service in 1991. The company started business as a trade fair organizer and has grown into a lot more. Nick Verheyden took over the company in 2015, and is running it today.
Organizing trade fairs was Alligna's original activity. In the years following the company's establishment, its field of activity broadened into exhibition stand construction and organising private and business events.
Later, the events organisation part of the business transferred to the hands of a sister company named Mammoet Events. It organizes events such as birthday parties, anniversaries, neighbourhood parties, weddings, etc. to private clients. And Mammoet Events is the right address for business clients who need an organizer for their staff parties, product launches, brand promotion events, team building sessions, VIP Hospitality, etc.
Nowadays, the Alligna's sharp and decisive team focuses on stand construction and exhibition organizers. We offer stand construction as a total concept, not only for exhibitions in Belgium, but also far beyond our borders.
We began organizing trade fairs in the Nekkerhal in Mechelen, but the company has developed very good relations with all the major exhibition centres in Belgium during our twenty-five years of activity.
Today Alligna Expo Services' activities extend far beyond its original activities. The company is now an established name in stand construction and exhibition organization, with a reputation for a high level of professionalism, refined service, and complete reliability.
